At Pathway Partnerships we take the approach that all of our participants are individuals with unique needs and goals.
We work to support participants and their families to recognise and celebrate each participant's individuality.
We've set things up so that activities during the day e.g. school/university or work, are not affected and you don't have to deal with midday appointments.
Instead, all sessions are on Zoom at after-school times in the afternoons or evenings because your young person needs routine.
At Pathway Partnerships, our mission is to equip our students with the skills to excel in their journey. We recognise the unique strengths and challenges each student brings and are dedicated to providing individualised support that fosters their growth and development.
Our programs are designed to equip students with social, emotional and practical life skills, ensuring a holistic approach to each student.
At Pathway Partnerships, we celebrate every achievement, no matter how small and continuously adapt our methods to encourage each student on their path to reach their fullest potential.

Art and Creativity sessions provide an excellent platform for young people to collaborate on engaging and creative activities.
Guided by our supportive leaders, participants not only develop their artistic talents but also enhance their social skills and form new friendships. In this relaxed, supportive, and highly social environment, young artists feel comfortable expressing themselves and interacting with others.
Each week, they work together on a variety of art projects, such as drawing, painting and graphic design, fostering teamwork and communication.
Through these collaborative efforts, they learn how to maintain friendships, understand the importance of cooperation, and build a sense of community while having fun and exploring their creativity.
At Pathway Partnerships, we foster engaging and interactive learning environments through small mini-groups consisting of 3-4 participants, each facilitated by competent leaders. These groups provide a supportive setting where students come together to participate in a variety of online games designed to enhance social interaction and teamwork.
These games are not only fun and enjoyable but also serve as effective tools for developing essential social skills. Through these interactive experiences, students learn to communicate effectively, collaborate with peers, and problem-solve as a team.
Social Games allows participants to see and interact with each other in real time.
Social Games enables students to build friendships, practice social etiquette and strengthen their interpersonal relationships.
