I can’t remember how I came across Pathways. I think I was googling in desperation and despair. I had an adult male ( 24Years) who was desperate after years of isolation to re-connect with the outside world, but neither of us were really equipped to know how to manage this.
I remember the day I called and spoke to Naomi. I can’t tell you how good it felt to speak to someone who understood, didn’t judge and had walked in our shoes.
We set off on a long path to get funding and through NDIS we have finally been able to secure him a place in the Peers for young adult’s course.
I was terrified, what if it doesn’t work, what if they get treated like children, he won’t like that etc.
In a few short weeks, he has gone from cowering in front of his laptop with the camera off to camera on and participating happily in the course AND has gained the confidence to apply some of the skills they have discussed and guess what?? They work!!! He has made connections and went out for the first time in years to meet some friends. Joel is amazing, he treats them like adults, I just can’t convey how special the team is and how impactful this course has been. It has changed his life! I cannot recommend the Pathway Partnership's Programs enough.

I can’t speak highly enough about the PEERS Social Skills Program at Pathway Partnerships. Initially, my son was hesitant to attend, but after the first session, his perspective shifted remarkably. He now looks forward to each session, and his attitude has transformed positively. No nagging required!
One of the most heartwarming changes has been his social engagement. Recently, he organized a movie outing with a schoolmate—a significant milestone, considering he hadn’t interacted with peers outside school in over two years. His confidence is blossoming, and it’s evident in his daily interactions.
The parent sessions have been equally enlightening. They’ve provided invaluable insights, making me feel supported and less alone in this journey. I’ve become more understanding and compassionate, both as a parent and an individual.
The program’s structure, with its evidence-based approach and emphasis on real-life applications, has been instrumental in my son's development. The sessions are conveniently scheduled after school, ensuring they fit seamlessly into our routine and also providing catch up session for the times when life gets in the way.
I’m profoundly grateful to the dedicated team at Pathway Partnerships for their unwavering support and commitment. Their efforts have made a lasting impact on our lives and we cant wait to sign up to Friendship Fundamentals to further this amazing journey!!!
THANK YOU!

"The Pathway Partnerships team are truly amazing. The support they offer is incredible and this made such a big difference for our family. I am very thankful that we were able to connect with you and I will definitely be recommending your services to others. Thank you! "
"The BEST program you could ever enrol your child in, the confidence comes quickly through the course as the team are so authentic, skilled and supportive. I cant recommend these programs enough, have seen real change and courage in my son in just a few weeks."
" Our experience with the PEERS Program Group has been truly transformative for our son and our family. From the very first session to the final wrap-up, the program was thoughtfully structured, engaging, and incredibly supportive. It’s clear that every element has been designed with care, backed by real expertise in helping young people build meaningful social skills and confidence.
A special thank you must go to Joel, our son’s facilitator, who was nothing short of exceptional. Joel brought warmth, patience, and a genuine sense of connection to every session. He created a safe and encouraging space where our son felt seen, heard, and valued. Joel’s ability to break down complex social concepts and make them relatable and fun was amazing to witness—and the positive changes in our son have been remarkable.
Not only has our son gained practical skills he can carry with him into everyday life, but he’s also come away with a sense of self-belief and belonging.
We’re incredibly grateful to Joel and the PEERS team for their commitment and passion. This program is a gift to any family navigating the challenges of social development, and we can’t recommend it highly enough.
It's worth noting this is not our first program done through PEERS, and we’ve already booked him in for a different program that starts in 2 weeks".
